Mollie Bruhn is a consulting teacher for Center for Responsive Schools. She also teaches at Brooklyn Arbor Elementary School (PS 414) in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. She has been teaching in New York City since 2004 and has taught preschool, kindergarten, and second grade. Mollie has been nominated three times for the Big Apple Teaching Award and was a district finalist in 2018 and 2019. Mollie grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and eight-year-old son.
