Kate Conway is a curriculum and instructional designer for Responsive Classroom with a focus on leadership. Her career in education spans over twenty-five years teaching elementary, middle, and high school in the United States and abroad. She spent thirteen years as the assistant head of an international school in California and most recently served as head of school at an independent school in Hawaii.
