Responsive Classroom Discipline Course

Disrespect, defiance, inattention, and conflict can disrupt learning and make it difficult to create the safe, supportive classroom every student deserves. In this three-day interactive course, you'll discover how the Responsive Classroom approach uses a student-centered, learning-first philosophy to discipline—one that addresses the root causes of behavior while strengthening relationships, building responsibility, and preserving student dignity.

Through hands-on learning and collaboration, you'll explore practical, evidence-based strategies to prevent and reduce off-task behavior, respond with fair, logical, and nonpunitive consequences, teach positive behaviors, and establish consistent routines and expectations that support safety, belonging, and meaningful learning.

You'll leave with practical, ready-to-implement strategies that help create a respectful classroom culture where positive behavior supports learning.
