Are meals provided?
Breakfast and lunch are not provided. We will offer bottled water and provide local dining recommendations. You are welcome to bring your own lunch if you prefer. We also encourage you to bring snacks and extra water to stay energized throughout the day.
What if I have to cancel my registration?
If you cannot attend an event, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Failure to notify us that you will not attend an event will result in forfeiture of your registration fees. See the full cancellation policy here.
Will I receive a certificate?
Certificates of attendance are emailed to participants after the event is completed. A 6-hour certificate of attendance is awarded to one-day workshop participants. A 21-hour certificate of attendance is awarded to three-day course participants. A 3-hour certificate is awarded to Leadership Seminar participants.
How do I access my virtual professional development?
A link to your Zoom class will be sent to you in a confirmation email. If you have not received a Zoom link 24 hours before your event starts, contact us at [email protected] to ensure we have the correct email address on file and confirm that you are enrolled. Please note that our virtual events are offered live and are not recorded.
Can I earn credit for attending a Responsive Classroom course?
We have partnered with the University of Massachusetts Global to earn graduate-level professional development credits. These credits are not part of a degree program but can be used for professional advancement and recertification. You are advised to seek approval from appropriate district or college officials before enrolling in these courses to satisfy any degree, state credential, or local school district requirements.
