This Registration Ticket Purchase Policy applies to all registration purchases for an event or institute “Offering” and associated services, on our website, in person, by phone or email and using any acceptable payment method, including purchase orders.
When you purchase a registration ticket for a service at an Offering, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions incorporated in this Purchase Policy.
This Purchase Policy, together with its Terms and Conditions, is a legally binding agreement between “you” and “your”, the purchaser (registrant) and us (“CRS”). A registrant is the person who makes the purchase whether they are registering themselves or others. Participant is the person for whom the ticket is purchased and whose name is tied to the ticket to participate in the offering and service.
If you are making a purchase on behalf of a school, company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that school, company or other legal entity to the Purchase Policy and those references to “you” and “your” also refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.
Purchaser/Registrant: The purchaser/registrant is the individual or entity who buys and pays for the ticket. They are responsible for initiating and paying for the transaction.
Ticket Ownership: The Purchaser/Registrant is the legal owner of the ticket and may tie the Participant’s name to the ticket.
Ticket Ownership Transfer Rule: Once the registered Participant checks in for the event, ownership of the ticket is transferred from the purchaser/registrant to the Participant. Upon check-in to the Offering the ticket is only valid for the named Participant and is not transferable.
Transferable Ticket from Original Participant to a Different Participant: The Purchaser/Registrant may tie a different participant name to the ticket up to 5 days (12:00 am) prior to the first day of the event at no cost. See Same Day Change #7 for transferring tickets from original to different participants in less than 5 days.
The Participant name tied to the ticket must be the same person who checks-in and registers for the event and associated services and products.
Change Service at the Same Offering: The Purchaser/Registrant may change the service and products for the Participant for a service and product of equal value at the same event up to 5 days (12:00 am) prior to the first day of the event at no cost if there are seats available in that requested service. See Same Day Change #7 for changing service at the same Offering in less than 5 days.
Additional change fees may apply to any ticket changes initiated by the Purchaser or the Participant.
All purchases for registration tickets are non-refundable.
US Dollars: All prices are in US dollars. We accept no responsibility or liability for surcharges related to your payment method or for currency exchange rate fluctuations.
Promotional Pricing: Ticket prices may be temporarily reduced for promotional reasons at a specific event or institute and associated services and products. In such cases the registration ticket fee purchased prior to or after the promotion will not be eligible for a refund or credit for the price difference.
Credit Card Verification: Purchases are subject to credit or debit card verification (if applicable), other security checks and collection of payment by use. They are processed only after we are able to verify the credit card.
Purchase Order (PO): CRS’ acceptance of your Purchase Order form is a complete, legally binding agreement for you, the purchaser, to pay for the registration tickets as listed in the PO. It defines the total payment for which you are obligated to pay and will be invoiced. You agree that you are bound to pay the full invoice associated with the PO and that you will comply with all Pricing and Purchasing, Item #1 and Changes, Cancellations and No-show Terms #6. Payment for all purchase orders are due in full Net 30 of the first day of the Offering and associated services for which the registration ticket was purchased.
Any changes made to the registration tickets on a purchase order are subject to the Changes, Cancellations and No-show Terms #6.
Terms: When you make a purchase, you agree to comply with our Terms. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred, including any applicable taxes and shipping. We will create an account for you and, in some instances, you and/or the Participant will be required to create an account to complete the purchase and/or registration.
Payments: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, purchase order, ACH and applying existing credits on your account. When making a purchase, make sure the information you provide is accurate and valid.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you should receive a confirmation email. Upon receipt, please check your order confirmation for accuracy.
