To apply your credit memo:
Our Finance Department will apply the credit memo to your payment once your order is received. If you have not yet received your credit memo PDF, please contact [email protected].
One-day workshops and leadership seminars are scheduled from October through March, while three-day courses are offered from April through September.

If you cannot attend an event, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Failure to notify us that you will not attend an event will result in forfeiture of your registration fees. See the full cancellation policy here.
Certificates of attendance are emailed to participants after the event is completed. A 6-hour certificate of attendance is awarded to one-day workshop participants. A 21-hour certificate of attendance is awarded to three-day course participants. A 3-hour certificate is awarded to Leadership Seminar participants.
Advertised Institutes are training events that are open to the public. We oversee the event planning and registration process, and you provide the venue. To learn more about hosting and to apply, see our Host School Application.
