How do I use my credit memo to pay for registrations?

To apply your credit memo:

  1. Select “Pay by Purchase Order” during checkout.
  2. Upload the credit memo PDF you received from our Finance Department in the purchase order document section.
  3. Enter the credit memo number in the purchase order number field.

Our Finance Department will apply the credit memo to your payment once your order is received. If you have not yet received your credit memo PDF, please contact [email protected].

When are the one-day workshops, leadership seminars, and three-day training courses offered?

One-day workshops and leadership seminars are scheduled from October through March, while three-day courses are offered from April through September.

  • One-day workshops: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
  • Leadership seminars: 3 hours in length, start times vary
  • Three-day courses: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM for three consecutive days
How do I register for an upcoming course or workshop?

Click here to explore the schedule and register for a professional development event using a credit card or a signed purchase order. (Request a consultation with an educational partnership consultant to discuss bringing professional development directly to your school or district.)

How do I cancel my registration?

    All sales for in-person and live online professional development are final. If you are unable to attend an event, click here to submit your cancellation request.

    • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the Offering start date will receive a credit for the full amount paid, valid for one year, emailed to the account email on file.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the Offering start date will receive a credit for the full amount paid, valid for one year, minus a $40 administrative processing fee, per ticket canceled.
    • Invoices: All outstanding invoices remain due by the original payment date regardless of approved cancellation requests.

    The payee will be issued an e-credit  that can be used to:

    • Apply towards the purchase any of our books, retail products or curriculum materials.
    • Register the participant for another Responsive Classroom® professional development that fits their schedule.
    • Register another person to the same or different Responsive Classroom® professional development.

    Will I receive a certificate?

    Certificates of attendance are emailed to participants after the event is completed. A 6-hour certificate of attendance is awarded to one-day workshop participants. A 21-hour certificate of attendance is awarded to three-day course participants. A 3-hour certificate is awarded to Leadership Seminar participants.

    Can my school host a summer event?

    Advertised Institutes are training events that are open to the public. We oversee the event planning and registration process, and you provide the venue. To learn more about hosting and to apply, see our Host School Application.
