Credit Card

Find the workshop you’d like to register for, enter your ticket quantity and complete the attendee details fields for all participants, then add to your cart and complete checkout. We accept only MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Our online payment system uses PCI-compliant Authorize.Net payment gateway to process your credit card information securely. We will not store your credit card information.

Purchase Order

Online: Submit completed registration form(s) and purchase order via our online Purchase Order Submission Form.

E-mail: E-mail completed registration form(s) and purchase order to [email protected].

Include a fax cover sheet along with your completed registration form(s) and purchase order. Your cover sheet should include contact information so that we can confirm receipt of your registration(s). If you have not received a confirmation within 2-3 business days, please contact us to verify your submission.

Credit on account

Email us your completed registration form(s) or call 800-360-6332 ext. 130 to register. If your credit does not cover the full cost of your purchase, you will need to provide supplementary payment via credit card, school/district purchase order, or check.

Confirmation

We will confirm successful registration using the participant(s) email within 2-3 business days of receipt of completed registration form and payment/purchase order.
Do not consider participants registered until a confirmation email has been received! If you have not received a confirmation within 2-3 business days, please contact us to verify your submission.
