Payment
The cost of registration for the conference is $320 per person. Add $100 for each person attending the pre-conference session on Monday, July 21. Breakfasts and lunches are included with registration, but lodging and dinners must be arranged separately. More information about lodging.

Payment or a signed purchase order must accompany your registration. We cannot hold spaces prior to receiving payment or a purchase order. We understand that it may take several days for your school to prepare a purchase order. If that is the case, you may want to consider paying up front and having your school reimburse you.

Payment methods for individuals
You may pay by check, Visa, or MasterCard. Make checks payable to "NEFC, Inc".

Purchase orders
Send signed school purchase orders by mail to NEFC at the address above, or fax them to 877-206-3952. Be sure to include one RCSC registration form for each attendee with your purchase order.

Confirmation
We will confirm your registration for the conference and pre-conference sessions (if applicable) by email. The confirmation message will contain a schedule for the conference, directions to the conference center, lodging suggestions, and other information. Session assignments will be given out when you arrive for the conference.

Cancellation policy
We accept cancellations received at least 7 days before the conference date. We will gladly refund your tuition less a 20% handling fee. If you cancel after the 7-day deadline, you will not receive a refund, but you may apply your tuition to another conference, workshop, or institute within one year if space is available. If you choose not to attend the conference, for whatever reason, without notification to NEFC before 7/14/08, your tuition fee is subject to full forfeiture.
