How to Register
There are four ways to register:
Call us at 800-360-6332, ext. 130 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET. We accept MasterCard and Visa as payment for phone orders and registrations.
2. Fax toll-free
Using a purchase order? Fax it to 877-206-3952 along with your completed registration form (week-long institute form / one-day workshop form).
Find the course that's right for you, choose a location, and add the event to your online shopping cart. We accept MasterCard and Visa.
Our online store uses PCI-compliant Authorize.net payment gateway to process your credit card information securely. We will not store your credit card information.
International Customers: Please register by fax, phone, or mail if the billing address associated with your credit card is not in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
Please Note: Online registration is a two-step process. The first step is to secure space at the location of your choice. Then, once you've purchased that space and received an order number, you must complete our participant information form. (You will be prompted to do so after your credit card is charged.)
