How can I get a quote?

Please email [email protected] for a quote. You should include the names of the items you wish to order, the quantity of each item, and your shipping and billing addresses.

 

Can I place an order online?

You sure can! In fact, we prefer online orders. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payments for orders placed through our online store. Our online store uses the PCI-compliant Authorize.Net payment gateway to process your credit card information safely and securely, and we will never store your credit card information.

 

Can I use a purchase order?

Yes. You can submit purchase orders three different ways: via our online Purchase Order Submission form, by emailing [email protected], or by sending a fax to our toll-free number: 877-206-3952. Make sure to include all desired items, with pricing, directly on the purchase order. 

 

For faxes, please include a cover sheet with contact information so we can confirm receipt of your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 23 business days, please contact us here to verify your submission.

 

I have a credit on my account. How do I use it to place an order?

If you have been issued a credit on your account, you may email us a list of desired items, along with your preferred shipping address to place your order. If you know your credit memo number, it’s helpful to include that as well. If your credit does not cover the full cost of your purchase, you will need to provide supplementary payment via credit card or school/district purchase order.

 

I’m placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization in Massachusetts. What’s the best way to do that?

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders of $75 or more.

 

When will my order arrive?

Most orders in the United States arrive 10–15 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time is subject to change based on a variety of factors including supply chain delays.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products and hope you love them as much as we do, but if you need to make a return, we’re happy to help! 

 

We only accept returns of current, saleable publications that were purchased directly from us. To request a return or replacement, fill out this form. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll be in touch about next steps.

 

  • General returns: Unused items in like-new condition may be returned up to 180 days (6 months) from the date of shipment for a full refund or a credit on account.
  • Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, a Return Request form must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

Can I order an out-of-print book?
Unfortunately, out-of-print books are not available for purchase.
