Most online orders arrive 4-12 days after they are placed. We accept MasterCard and Visa only for online orders.
Please note: Due to current high sales volume, orders may take 7-14 days to arrive.

To use a purchase order to buy our resources, please mail or fax it with our order form. All purchase orders must have a purchase order number. Mail to:

Paying by check or money order
Please mail our order form with your check or money order (made out to "NEFC, Inc.") to the address listed above. Please add 5% sales tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts.

Shipping and handling
Most orders are shipped within 2-4 days and arrive 4-12 days after placement of order. Rush service is usually available (see previous paragraph).
Shipping and handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order:
Continental U.S.
Up to $100 .................. $5
Over $100 ... 5% of subtotal
Alaska, Hawaii, overseas US military bases (APO and FPO),
Puerto Rico, Guam, and other US territories
Up to $50 .................... $5
Over $50 ... 10% of subtotal
Canada and Mexico
Up to $60 .................... $9
Over $60 ... 15% of subtotal
Other International
$24 for the first item and $7 for each additional item up to 10 items. For more than 10 items, please email info@responsiveclassroom.org for a quote. Not responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees.
Making changes to your order
Need to change something on an order you just placed online? Email or call us at 800-360-6332, x 125 within 60 minutes of placing your order, and we'll take care of it.
Note to Canadian customers
Please order Doing Morning Meeting (DVD) from our Canadian distributor for this title, McIntyre Media, Inc., in Orangeville, Ontario. 800-565-3036. All other titles can be ordered directly from us. We ship via air post (see Shipping and Handling above).
Quantity discounts
We offer quantity discounts on our pamphlets and videos and on many of our books. Please check title descriptions for details. Quantity discounts are calculated automatically for online orders.
Taxes
A 5% tax is automatically calculated and applied to orders shipping to a Massachusetts address. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Massachusetts.
If you're ordering from a Massachusetts tax-exempt school, please place your order over the phone at 800-360-6332 x 125 or fax a purchase order to us at 877-206-3952 (otherwise you will be charged Massachusetts sales tax).
Returns
You may return items for up to 180 days (6 months) from the date of shipment. We accept returns of only current, saleable editions purchased directly from NEFC. When returning an item, please be sure to:
- Enclose a copy of the invoice.
- Send the package prepaid via a traceable carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx Ground, or Media Mail with delivery confirmation).
